Pricing questions
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices on this page are in AUD. Subscription totals shown ex GST; GST is added at checkout for Australian customers and itemised on every tax invoice.
Do I get a proper Australian tax invoice?
Yes. Every billing cycle generates a compliant tax invoice with our ABN, the GST amount broken out separately, and the total inc. GST. Invoices are emailed to your billing contact and stored in your account for download.
Is there a minimum contract?
No lock-in. Choose monthly or annual billing and switch at renewal. Cancel any time — your data is yours.
What counts as a bookable space?
Any bookable space — consulting room, desk, studio, training room, therapy room. The first 10 are included; additional spaces are A$10 AUD / month each.
Can I add more spaces later?
Yes. Add spaces any time; billing prorates and shows on your next invoice.
Are users unlimited?
Yes. Add as many users (clients, members, staff) as you need. No per-user fees.
Can I try Bookley free?
Yes. 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. You add a card at signup so we can charge you when the trial ends, but there's nothing to pay until day 15 and you can cancel before then with one click.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments from my clients?
No Bookley transaction fees. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to card payments and are billed by Stripe directly — see stripe.com/au/pricing for current Australian rates. Bookley can optionally pass Stripe fees on to your clients' invoices for you.
Is pricing per location?
Yes. Each physical location is billed separately. Two offices = two subscriptions. Users, billing and reporting still unify across all locations under one workspace login.
